I’m still getting the “Demo has ended” error


I paid for the full version but am still getting the demo has ended error.


You need to uninstall both version and re-install the full version.

To do this,

Click CTRL+SHIFT+H and open the program. Click Help -> Uninstall and the program will uninstall.

Restart your computer.

Repeat the process (Click CTRL+SHIFT+H and open the program. Click Help -> Uninstall and the program will uninstall.)

Restart your computer.

Install the purchased copy and the error will no longer appear.

How do I Uninstall iSpy?

In order to uninstall the program, you must be log in to the log viewer.

1) Open the main program (CTRL+SHIFT+H)
2) Enter your password
3) Click HELP and UNINSTALL…

My drive doesn’t appear in Windows or Undelete

Some drives are physically damaged and won’t appear in Windows. Other drives are in another format and need to be readable by Windows in order for FlashCrest Undelete to be able to restore any data on those drives. To enable the drive in a Windows format: Open CONTROL PANEL > ADMINISTRATOR OPTIONS > COMPUTER MANAGEMENT > DISK MANAGEMENT. Click on the visible drive.

You will need to delete any existing partitions. Use caution not to delete your Windows partition or Recovery partition. Right-click the affected drive and format the new partition. You should now see the drive under My Computer. Restart FlashCrest Undelete and the drive will now appear.

Sites are not being blocked

In most cases, you must restart your browser(s) or applications that would use the website for the changes to take effect.

For Windows 7, 8 and 10 Users, you need to ensure that you are running Web Blocker as an administrator. To do this, right-click the application icon and select “Run as Administrator”.
